Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Berries
This easy and nutritious overnight oats recipe is perfect for busy mornings. Packed with fiber, protein, and fresh berries, it’s a great way to start your day!

Ingredients
- 45 g rolled oats
- 120 g almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 12 g chia seeds
- 15 g maple syrup optional, for sweetness
- 75 g mixed berries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using).
- Mix well to ensure all the oats are soaked.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed to adjust consistency.
- Top with mixed berries and enjoy!
