Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
