Oatmeal
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 200 ml Milk (or plant-based milk)
Toppings
- 100 g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 15 g Almonds (or preferred nuts)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
In a saucepan, combine the oats and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until creamy (about 5-7 minutes).
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
Top with mixed berries, almonds, and chia seeds.
Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
