Yoghurt Cake in Airfryer

This easy and healthy yoghurt cake is perfect for the air fryer! Packed with protein and low in fat, it’s a great guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients
  

Yoghurt Cake

  • 400 g low-fat yogurt
  • 50 g protein powder adjust depending on the brand
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 g vanilla extract approximately 1/2 teaspoon
  • 50 g maizena (cornstarch) instead of flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven or air fryer. If using an oven, preheat to 180°C (350°F). If using an air fryer, preheat to 160°C (320°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the low-fat yogurt, protein powder, eggs, vanilla extract, and maizena. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Pour the prepared batter into the greased or lined cake pan.
  • If using an oven, bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If using an air fryer, bake for 25-35 minutes, checking with a toothpick at around 25 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes. Then, remove the cake from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
